The Sans water filter delivers on taste and quality of water. No foul smell from the tap. Had an issue with the fill sensor. However, after a few emails and videos sent to customer service, I received a replacement within a few days. Good product.

Dust and allergens are better. Customer service is great. I contacted customer service and got a prompt and knowledgeable response. They stand behind their product. The air cleaner has an automatic detection mode. There was some hair spray in the air the unit detected it and went into high mode until the air was clean and went back to regular mode when the air was clean. The auto mode and low fan is very quiet I hardly know it is running. The medium is no more noisy than a room humidifier not at all disturbing. The high speed setting is a bit noisy but I only run it when no one is in the room only when needed.

It is so easy to use-- plug and play- no apps just a few buttons! Love the simplicity. I have noticed I haven't been blowing my nose as much. Smells in our house, especially after cooking have gone away. It runs quite, unless when you are cooking than it ramps up (We have our located in our living room). It settles down about 10-15 mins later. I love the color that lights up and makes me feel better about being inside our home. We have only had ours for less than 3 months but so far I have been satisfied with our purifier.

It's quiet and cleans the air in my house wonderfully. My husband isn't having to use his inhaler as much.

My daughter was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at 4 days old. I knew I wanted to do everything in my power to provide her the best chances at staying healthy and keeping her lungs clear! Sans provided 2 units for our home to help us do that. The air smells fresher and I love seeing the numbers dropping when there is an irritant in the air; you can see it working! Awesome product and awesome company!

I have 3 air sans purifiers for about a week now and can already breathe better. I have 2 yorkies no doggy odor anymore. Air actually feels fresher since using. Well worth the price !!! Quality product !!!

After only a few days there was a significant change in my breathing as I suffer with shortness of breath!
