Love this

You don't realise until you get one of these that your air has so much pollution in it, I am very happy with our Sans product

Lovely fresh air

I have been using my 2 c mini Sans for a couple of weeks now and I LOVE them. I use them in the kitchen/living room and one in the bedroom. I have the one in the bedroom on at night at a low fan speed and lights off and along with my painkiller, which I take for chronic long term pain and fatigue syndromes, I have found the quality of the very small amount that I do get very refreshing thanks to my Sans Mini.

Shocking Customer Care

Paid for TWO replacement filters, first delivery never received so sent an email they sent out a replacement of ONE?! Emailed and queried as payment taken on the 5th August for TWO filters and still have one with no update received??

I like this product. If I could change 1 thing it would be the light. I had an air purifier before, but the sensor put the light out at night, when it was dark & back on when it was morning Miss that.

Cleaning out the pollens

Really happy with my sans mini. I can now sleep with my window open and not feel the adverse effects of pollen in the morning.

Late again

I am only on my second replacement filters with my subscription and I have had to chase the order up both times. Payment for the second order was taken from my bank on the 23 July so I asked last week where my order was.I was told again that my order had stuck in the system so they had done it manually and I should receive them soon…..still waiting, it’s now 5th August. Perhaps the system needs updating, it’s a pity this lets them down as the air purifiers are very good

OMG!!!

OMG!!! I had to take a picture to show the used filter on the right and to compare with new one on the left!! The air is cleaner and less dusting. Absolutely recommended this product.
