Best Water

I have not been able to drink my water from the faucet for the 10 years we have lived here. This is the first time, and it is great. Only problem I have is, I got a small ion filter separately from the machine itself and I have no idea what to do with it. I got no instructions, so am not sure when or how to change it, the same with the rest of the filters.

Sans water purfier

We completly replaced using bottled water based on the research we read that the tiny plastics in these bottles are impacting our health. We picked the sans because it was the only purifier that offered hot water, so we could make our morning teas. And we now have all the other benefits of drinking purified water. We have yet to replace the cartridges. I belive they are designed to last a year. Highly reccomend this product

Responsive Customer Service

When the handle on my tank broke off after a few months of use, Sans replaced it. I use my water purifier a lot, so I was glad it was replaced.

Excellent Customer Service

This item is actually not in their catalogue yet... But I was allowed to order the tank through their customer service channel. I needed the extra tank to rotate & clean it. If you haven't yet bought an R/O from these guys - DO IT! It's a great addition to my RV too when I'm traveling - no more storing bottled water & paying the recycle fees in each state. No more crappy water - this thing works!!!!!

Crystal clean!

Wow I am so excited for a pristine water tank. my original one was scarred with calcified rings I couldn't scrub off. Now it is crystal clear and I love it!

Love my Aans

The customer service is outstanding!! I originally purchased the Sans to switch my dogs from filtered water from the refrigerator to cleaner water. Not only do I use it for them but we drink from the Sans also! I recently wrote that my tank was leaking and they immediately sent me a replacement (which has been re-designed so they must have discovered the design flaw) and they sent it free of charge! What more can I say!
